On this session Mindfulness teacher Kelly Hyatt introduced us to the many benefits of meditation both physical and emotional and explains easy ways to incorporate this practice into our daily lives. She also used the time to lead us all in a relaxing guided meditation.

Mindful Self Compassion 8 Week Program
Kelly is running a new online Mindful Self Compassion 8 week Session beginning on Thursday, January 12th to Thursday, March 2nd and runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm each week. There is also a Silent Retreat on the morning of Sunday February 12.
