What should I do when working with nasty clients?
ANSWER:
Right from the Get Go you are teaching your Clients how to treat you. Stop the disrespect right from the beginning. Remember YOU are a qualified Realtor and worth your weight in gold. They are lucky to have you. Don’t let them cross unhealthy boundaries. It’s ok to say No if you are being taken advantage of. You will find your job easier as they will treat you with respect.
Example: 7 years ago a client left a vm saying she wanted to see properties that day even though my message said i was at ‘my Dads funeral!’ Her message said anytime after it was finished would be fine!!!! I did not return that call that day. She got the message.
