ANSWER:
My policy has been treat all other agents with respect and kindness and go that extra mile to help them. In my twenty years it’s paid off dividends. Remember the Buyer agent today will often be the Listing agent of tomorrow and vice versa. People chose to work with who they like. Often I have found agents have done me favours because I've helped them in the past. So decide to make friends with other agents and I guarantee you will see it pay off.
