Sutton CRM - Automatic Newsletters


It's here! Many of you have asked for automatic newsletters that can be sent out to your database each month. Each of them can be customized or be sent as-is. If you're not already using the Sutton CRM, now is a great time to get started. You can find the introductory webinars in the link below.



NAVIGATING TO EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

  1. Log into Homebase using your Sutton email and password

  2. Click on "Apps & Tools" on the top navigation bar

  3. Click on the CRM icon

  4. Click on "Marketing" on the left hand side, then click on "Email Campaigns"

  5. Click on "Company-wide Email Campaigns" on the top

  6. Find the campaign named "Sutton Monthly Newsletter"


SENDING NEWSLETTERS AS-IS

  1. Click on the campaign "Sutton Monthly Newsletter"

  2. Click on "Recipients" on the top right corner

  3. In this window you can select who you want to send the campaign to in several ways. The preferred way is to use Tags. You can create custom tags in Contacts, and add as many leads to it as needed.

  4. Click "Finish". The campaign will be activated for any current and future leads you add to the selected tag(s).

EDIT NEWSLETTERS, THEN SEND


After setting up the campaign you can add as many people to the selected tag as you want, and they will be automatically added to your newsletter list each month.
