
Members are required to act in the best interest of their clients. Under the
Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA), Members have disclosure
obligations to the Buyers and Sellers they represent. While most of these
disclosure requirements existed under the Real Estate and Business Brokers
Act (REBBA), TRESA introduced new disclosures and a new disclosure
method. Below is a guide provided by OREA to clarify which forms to use for different types of disclosures.
